Integration Levels

An overview of PromoTron’s five integration levels—from mandatory core product, pricing, and stock feeds (TronCloud) to optional modules for print calculation (TronCalculator), logo visualization (TronLogo), Web2Print design automation (TronDesigner), and full order/ERP automation via API (TronAPI). Includes scope, dependencies, requirements, and indicative one-time fees per level.

Level 1 – TronCloud (Mandatory)

  • Scope: Product data, product prices, stock availability.

  • Purpose: Core integration for TronShop (webshops) and TronManager (sourcing/quotation tool).

  • Feed requirements:

    • Product Data Feed: Valid for 1 structure/file.

    • Product Prices Feed: 1 structure.

    • Stock Availability Feed: 1 structure. … optional / recommened

  • Formats: CSV, XML, or JSON.

  • One-time integration fee: €500–700.

  • Estimated Timing: 1–2 weeks (depending on data feed quality)

Level 2 – TronCalculator (Optional)

  • Scope: Print options, print prices, online print calculator.

  • Purpose: Digitalization of print price lists with all print positions/technologies.

  • Feed requirements:

    • Print Options Feed (positions, technologies).

    • Print Prices Feed (per technique, calculation logic).

  • Formats: CSV, XML, or JSON.

  • Dependencies: Requires Level 1.

  • One-time integration fee: €800–1,500. Updates: €60/hour.

  • Estimated Timing: 2–4 weeks (depending on complexity of print logic).

Level 3 – TronLogo (Optional)

  • Scope: Virtual sampling (logo visualization).

  • Purpose: Distributors can preview logos on product variants.

  • Requirements:

    • Initial setup (€150) – data transformation for templating.

    • Manual templating – priced per item (variant/position/print area/image).

    • Subsequent updates (€50/update).

  • Dependencies: Requires Print Options from Level 2 (full or partial).

  • Current limitation: One position/technology per SKU code unless structure adjustments are defined.

  • Estimated Timing: 2–5 weeks (depending on number of items for templating).

Level 4 – TronDesigner (Optional)

  • Scope: Web2Print technology for proofreadings and production-ready print data.

  • Purpose: Enables online designer with Pantone/CMYK, vector graphics, and automated PDF generation.

  • Requirements:

    • Product setup with defined print zones and coordinates.

    • AI-based generation possible if only annotated images are available.

  • Status: Launch planned Q3 2025.

  • Costs: On request (setup + monthly usage fees).

  • Estimated Timing: Timeline confirmed on request (available after launch Q3 2025).

Level 5 – TronAPI (Optional)

  • Scope: Order automation (direct ERP integration).

  • Purpose: Receive orders (including print orders with artwork) from TronShop into ERP.

  • Requirements:

    • Supplier must provide Order API documentation.

    • PromoTron technical team reviews feasibility.

  • Features:

    • API for Orders: €2,000–3,000.

    • API for Order Status Updates: €500–800.

  • Dependencies: Requires ERP system with order management API.

  • Estimated Timing: 4–6 weeks (depending on ERP API complexity and supplier-side readiness).
