Logo Visualization is an advanced visual print preview feature built on top of your Level 2 (print options) and Level 3 (images) integrations.

With Logo Visualization:

• Resellers and end customers can upload a logo (or choose from saved logos) and see it directly on your products in real time.

• Your products get semi-3D, perspective-correct previews that show:

  • the real product image,

  • the correct print location, and

  • the applied logo in the right size and angle.

• The same visual experience can be used:

  • in PromoTron services (TronDesigner, webshops, sourcing tools),

  • and optionally in your own webshop, ERP or CRM via our integrations.

This gives resellers the “wow effect” their customers expect and makes your products stand out in searches, presentations, and offers

With Logo Visualization, your partners can:

• Upload a logo and instantly see it on:

  • a pen barrel (e.g., pad print on “Barrel Left”),

  • a mug (e.g., logo centered on one or both sides),

  • a t-shirt or hoodie (e.g., “Front Chest”, “Back”, “Sleeve”),

  • a bag or backpack (e.g., “Front Pocket”, “Top Flap”).

• Generate a personalized PDF offer with your product images already showing the customer’s logo.

• Use these visuals in sales quotes, marketing campaigns, and webshop product detail pages without needing a graphic designer each time.

The result: Faster approvals, fewer misunderstandings about print positions, and a much higher chance that the reseller chooses your product over a competitor’s.

How to get it

Logo Visualization is available for suppliers who already have or are implementing:

1. Level 2 – Print Options

   1. Your print technologies, locations, and pricing logic are defined in structured feeds.

2. Level 3 – Visual Print Preview

   1. You provide clean, high-resolution product images (no logos, no watermarks, one product + one color per image).

   2. We configure semi-3D surfaces and print areas on your real product images (in perspective).

Once L2 and L3 are in place, our team will:

• Manually configure your products for Logo Visualization (define surfaces, angles and print areas on your product images),

• Connect this configuration to your L2 print options,

• Activate Logo Visualization across the selected PromoTron services

Pricing

Pricing for Logo Visualization depends mainly on:

• the number of products and color variants,

• the number of print locations per product,

• whether L2 is already implemented or needs to be created first.

Typically:

• If you already have L2, the cost is primarily for manual configuration of semi-3D surfaces and print areas.

• If L2 are missing or incomplete, there may be additional integration costs for print options and image preparation.
